So yeah, commissions are up and running again. I'm making a few changes on the requests vs. commissions thing. I will allow first-time requests for OCs if you are not under my watch. After that, you would have to request a commission. But if you recommend me to someone after I fill your commission or request (and the recommendation is verified by both parties), I'll throw in a freebie from any of my commissions listed on my page, your pick on which one.
